Simply Holistics offers treatments to help you deal with life's stresses, this could be emotional or physically.
Emotional stresses can have a profound effect on your mind and body whether it is sleepless nights, family , work, relationships or just an overall sense of feeling rundown. All of this can then cause physical problems such as headaches, muscle tension and joint pain to name just a few.
I started my journey In December 2019 studying Indian Head Massage along with anatomy and physiology. I achieved a Level 3 Distinction in September 2020.
I then qualified in Aromatherapy massage, Rejuvenating Facial Massage, Ear Candling, Ear Seeds, Ear Irrigation, Sleep therapy , Chakra balancing/Crystal Healing.
In May 2021 I became a BEHIND THE MASK champion, which helps me recognise Domestic Abuse and direct the client to the right agencies whilst offering support and comfort along the way.
I have achieved a recognised accreditation with MASCED (Melanoma and Skin Cancer Early Detection) , this knowledge enables me to spot any potential skin problems on my clients and direct them to their GP.

A Sleep therapy session will help to get you back into a routine. Your current sleep routine will be unpicked to find out the causes of disturbed sleep.
After our initial chat, I will ask you to lay down under a warm blanket and relax and enjoy either a soothing INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE or a CRYSTAL HEALING session to rebalance your chakras completely relaxing you ready for a restful sleep.

Using the award winning Hayou Gua Sha Jade and Rose quartz beauty restorers and the beauty precision tool this wonderful rejuvenating facial massage will lift eyebrows, smooth wrinkles, soften facial lines while lifting and firming the jowl area. This beautiful treatment is finished off using a Jade eye mask to relax around the eye area leaving you feeling uplifted and refreshed. This treatment will also show up any areas with your body that may need attention , releasing tension headaches, sinus pressure, pressure in the temples and forehead.

This beautiful treatment starts as soon as you enter the treatment room.
Once you are cozy and warm and relaxed the treatment begins with a 30min Ear Candling and a mini facial to help drain your sinuses, followed by an amazing 30 min Indian Head Massage.
These treatments combined will help with relieving all your winter ailments - headaches, migraines, colds, sinusitis, tension the neck and head, itchy ears, helps soften ear wax, anxiety and depression , improves sleep and leaves you with an overall feeling of wellbeing.

Ear Seeds - Auricular Therapy
Ear Seeds is an amazing treatment , based on using acupressure points on the ear.
It is one of the oldest form of natural Chinese healing.
Using very small stainless steel seeds that are placed on the ears in specific areas it can help relieve a multitude of health conditions.

The seeds help to clear the natural pathways and qi energy that flow throughout the body encouraging your body to heal.
The ear seeds stay on your ear for up to 5 days at a time. Two sessions are required at the time of booking enabling the course to be completed. This would normally consist of one 45 minute treatment and a 30 minute treatment the following week.
Ear Seeds are not suitable if you have a latex allergy
Ear Candling ( Thermal Auricular Therapy)
Modern day ear candling (Thermal Auricular Therapy ) is a very relaxing holistic treatment for the ears. The candle itself is made from wax paper rolled with a small filter at one end . The warmth from the candle gently warms the ear drum giving a feeling of a massage to the ear.
Ear candling has many benefits

- Softens wax build up ( ear wax will not be removed.)
Ear Wax Removal
Ear Wax can be caused by a number of things.

Wearing ear buds regularly
along with many other causes.
I will first check your ears for blockages then using warm sterile water and microsuction if needed. This will leave your ears healthy and clean.
The importance of ear health is so important and can impact of your daily life.

1:1 Sound and Crystal Healing Session
1:1 Sound and Crystal Healing Session
This is a beautiful 1:1 bespoke healing session.
Once you are comfortable using pillows and blankets ( you can bring your own, if you prefer) the session starts with helping you to completely relax, listening to the mediatation sounds. The chakra crystals are then placed upon your 7 Chakra points. Using Rahani healing and the 128Hz master healer sound fork the healing begins. the fork will be used on specific places on the body where you are experiencing any pain.
You may see colours/symbols/spirit and you may feel a complete shift within you.
While the crystals are working their magic a gentle sound bath will be performed around you.
Using Tibetan Tingsha Cymbals along with the gentle sound of chimes and an ocean drum your body and soul will rebalance and find its natural rhythm once again.
